Abstract: This paper analyzes the development of circular economy in Qingdao City, four modes, internal resources circulation patterns, ecological industry chain loop mode, the mode of eco-industrial parks and the city's overall level of circular economy mode from point, line, surface, three levels resolve specific ideas of the development of circular economy in Qingdao, Shandong.
