Research on multi-stage game model of knowledge alliance developing process.

Abstract: based on the analysis of the basic nature of the knowledge alliance, constructs a multi-stage game model to describe the knowledge alliance developing process, proves the existence of the equilibrium, the equilibrium analysis of existing conditions, and at last gives the direction for further research.



With the gradual increase of knowledge resource status in the management of enterprises, knowledge alliance has become an important way for enterprises to acquire external knowledge.Therefore, in the enterprise to obtain knowledge quantity is influenced not only by their own efforts size, but also affected by the partners pay size.In this paper, through the analysis on the competition environment analysis of two enterprises to participate in the knowledge alliance, tries to analyze the main influencing factors of knowledge transfer: absorptive capacity, knowledge protection efforts are described, the game process of knowledge alliance dynamic development, and provide a theoretical reference for the knowledge alliance management.
